The time has come to relax on one of Italy’s most beautiful coastlines where mountains plunge into the azure blue sea. Amalfi has been built on a hillside and has a glorious history. Spend time on the Piazza del Duomo and visit the cathedral. You can explore the Coastline by buying a Sita Bus ticket (Available for sale in most shops). Take a leisurely walk to Atrani, located east of Amalfi.  It is tucked away from traffic and noise and spend some time exploring the intricate maze of lanes and its beautiful beach

Day 1

Arrive Venice

  • Welcome to Italy. Clear customs, collect your luggage and meet with our representative in the arrival Hall for transfer to your hotel
  • Once checked in, start your first exploration of Venice, a city with no streets
Day 2

Venice (B)

  • Breakfast at your hotel
  • Start early today with a visit to San Marco, see Venice from the water and appreciate the beauty of the tiny alleys and narrow canals

 

Day 3

Venice - Florence (B)

  • After breakfast, you are met by our representative for transfer to Venice station
  • Board the train taking you to Florence
  • You are met on arrival for transfer to your hotel

Need to know when traveling to Italy

Currency: The Euro is Italy's official currency
Banks and ATM: Credit Cards are accepted everywhere. Just notify your local bank that you are traveling to Italy before your departure
Local Travel: only use licensed taxis (taxi sign on the roof) and make sure the meter is reset before you start your journey
Eating Out: Italians have lunch around 1 in the afternoon and dinner around 8:00 pm. It is customary to leave small change for a tip on the table, or up to five percent of the total bill if the service is good
